Garci owns the first and only Black-owned cheesesteak and food court in Chinatown, Philadelphia. He has launched a food-court incubator that supports other minority food business owners, helping them grow toward brick-and-mortar locations. Garci also received a Medicaid and Department of Disabilities meal contract, funding weekly deliveries of Garci meals at no cost to seniors and disabled adults.
